dr. b 486 Posted January 4 Jeez, 2024 sucks. Sorry to hear that dude. Potentially buying a house is big news though—good luck! We bought our first place last spring. House hunting is kind of fun… but if it turns into a cycle of seeing places, making offers, and getting out-bid… then it starts to become painful.
