I got a stand to make holding the minis more stable and that let's me rest my arms on the table to mitigate that.

I was gonna finish the Thunderkyn (the dwarves with the big guns and exosuit).... but my Heartthkyn Yaegir Kill Team came in a day early.... soon my pretties, soon

I Haaaaaaaaate Cradle, it was so fucking boring I've tried to listen to the first book 3 times and I have fallen asleep every fucking time.

Travis Baldree is cool as hell though, he does good work as a Narrator. Haven't listened to his books yet though.

Ok so, my audible library has 402 books, and let's not get into the Kindle books and Royalroad stories I keep up with, but hey here are some good ones I have read over the last couple years:

He who Fights with Monsters: a Litrpg Isekai about an Ozzie kid dropped into a parallel earth, good shit. It's way more fleshed out and we'll written than most isekai. It's up to, I wanna say, book 10 now.

Katalepsis: A cool ass eldritch horror series with Lesbians, Polycules, Demons, and Tentacles. First book is published, the rest is available royalroad and updates every Saturday.

Salvos: A demon gets trapped in a world that kills demons on site and tries to find a way back to her world to save her companion. It's a great series dealing with all kinds of issues you would expect. But the highlight is read how Salvos' friends try to reign her impulsive ass in. It's up to book 12 now I believe.

Diary of a Teenage Mimic: Girl takes a bullet into the head, dies, and gets better when she realizes she can Mimic things and gets portaled to an alternate earth and joins a military academy for Heroes. Kinda hard to explain this one, it's genre is kinda all over the place. Funny as fuck though, it's only on Royalroad.

There is a bunch I am missing, but I am om mobile and tab flipping to check shit is a pain in the ass. Also, almost everything I read these days is queer fiction so everything listed will have a queer MC of some flavor.

Yeah, it took me a while to be more comfortable with acknowledging some things, and the pronouns were one of them.

Been going over and over in my head how to come out to y'all, but since big posts aren't really my thing, here are the cliff notes:

-  I have known for Years, all the way back before Erika came out, but was confused for a long time on how to proceed.

- Speaking of Erika. Thank you for all your advice.

- I have been on HRT for almost 9 months now.

- Still not out to work or most of my family, Desi has known since day 1. Not out at work cause I don't wanna get fired (no protections from discrimination and Karens are abundant in my work). Family is more complicated, not sure how most will react.

- Oh and my name is Peppermint, or Pepper for short.

Starting the new year with a funeral, so.... not a great start. BUT, desi and I are trying to buy a house so maybe good news soon? (my hopes aren't the highest, but it is possible)
