I left a couple out from the start of their career that I hadn't heard of at all, but I'm pretty for the top contenders and more are in here.

Buster Scruggs man. I think it's the only one of these I didn't immediately forget after watching. Except for lebowski of course.

Burn After Reading is my favorite for sure. I dunno how anyone could forget that movie, lol.

No Country For Old Men by default because I haven't seen any others, though I thought it was a let-down by the end, they were going The Good, The Bad and The Ugly but swerved away from it. Sound was awesome though, I judge how serious someone is taking their movie/cartoon/anime/whatever by how much effort they put into sound and especially footsteps, that's a top-tier footstep-sound movie.

I enjoyed the hell out of Buster Scruggs because it was just so absurd, but O Brother and Big Lebowski are 1 and 1a for me

I literally forgot I watched that movie until I saw it on the list, and was like "Oh yeah, I remember that" and then immediately forgot about it again. It just didn't click for me.

I think Bust Scruggs is gonna be one of those great movies lost to time because it was a Netflix release. It deserves so much more attention that it gets

It was a super weird movie. Not quite my taste but really enjoyable.

I need to watch a lot of these.  I'm not as up on Cohen movies. :chin:

Burn After Reading is in my Top 5 all-time, and probably my Top 1 favorite comedy ever made.  It's so fucking funny it hurts.  Betty and I quote it endlessly.

Fargo and O Brother Where Art Thou? are #2 and #3.  The Coen Bros are legit.
