I gotta keep watching Carole and Tuesday... Checked out the first episode of Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun this morning. It was kinda fun. I was hoping to pick up some Yu Yu Hakusho sort of vibes, but this is a bit more childish than that. Doesn't look like it will be very fan service-y, so it could be a good Saturday morning show for me and the kiddo.

I think the Canucks have potential to be sneaky good this year. Not a Cup contender, but maybe they'll turn a few heads. My Jets are probably going to take a step back this year. Not sure what's going on with the Byfuglien situation People in Toronto are really high on the Leafs this year and it will probably end in tears. Should be fun to watch

I enjoyed Smash on 3DS but I didn't play it nearly as much as I used to play Melee. I have thus far been hesitant to drop $80 on Smash Ultimate because I'm not sure I'm gonna bother with it enough to get my money's worth. I'll wait and see if it ever gets a good sale or noticable price drop, but it will probably take a long time.

Nice to see Atlanta even things out. It's pretty nuts how good Verlander continues to be.

Also started watching Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress: The Battle of Unato on Netflix last night. It's a movie that was released earlier this year and is broken up into 3 episodes on Netflix. I thought maybe it was going to be a new season or something because I never heard about the movie, and I felt like the pacing was really weird in the first episode. Turns out it was just the first third of a movie, which makes more sense. Why not just put it on Netflix as a movie...?

Ono's butler is a true hero The man just wants her to have a bit of time to have fun, and he wants a Virtual Boy () -- is that so much to ask for? Not necessarily new for the fall season, but I checked out this SD Gundam thing last night and had to tap out pretty quickly. It's really dumb.

ALDS - Rays @ Astros - Twins @ Yankees NLDS - Cards @ Braves - Nats @ Dodgers The Rays might give Houston a run for their money, so I might actually be picking Tampa to win that one; but I'd take the home teams (Yanks, Braves, Dodgers) to win pretty comfortably in the other Division Series.

I have always wished I could draw better, but things never come out on paper how they look in my head I'll follow along to see what you come up with! And maybe do some doodles in the margins of my notebook during quiet moments at work

I'm not sure. I feel like he's lost a lot of his shine. But I could also see another team giving him a shot. Who you got in the Wild Card games? Rays/A's is a total toss up to me. I think I'd bet on the Rays with Morton starting... but the A's are a bit if a mystery to me, I don't know how they keep doing this. I think the Nats are probably the better team than the Brewers without Yelich, but I'll be cheering for the Brewers.

I hopped on the eShop the other day to look at the DQ games and other new releases but I got distracted by Crypt of the Necrodancer being on sale for $5, so that's what I played this weekend I didn't realize there was new stuff in the Switch version. I'd be happy to play the same old game anyway, but it's been fun figuring out what the new items do.

The first 3 Dragon Quest games hit the eShop today, so I might be playing one of those a bit this weekend I'm assuming they are ports of mobile/Steam versions. Graphics look on par with the mobile versions of classic FF games. Gimme the FFV mobile port on Switch please Squeenix!

Now my man's got a TurboExpress too. Truly living the dream Watching this show makes me wish arcades had been even half as popular where I grew up. I don't remember any good arcades in my hometown.

@Psycho666Soldier A Farewell to Kings might be my favourite Rush album (it's between AFTK and Hemispheres - two incredible albums back to back) --- Found these guys on Bandcamp the other day. Brendan Canty and Joe Lally (Fugazi) along with a guitar player I don't think I've heard of before, but the dude can really rip. Also got some classic Air tunes on the playlist this week ... and a lot of the SUPERBEAT: XONiC soundtrack...

No exciting races this year. Too many teams that just aren't competitive. I'll wait for everything to be set and then start making predictions :)

I have discovered that there is more SUPERBEAT: XONiC DLC on Switch that I never had on Vita. Not sure if some of these tracks were ever available on the PS Store. So I got the SUPERBEAT bug again

Nice I've never won but placed OK a few times. Normally I lose pretty early. Gimme a Yoshi 99 and maybe it's a different story.
