These were tough. Edge to Deadpool 2 because I thought it was a better movie (not that there's anything wrong with Captain Marvel). I just rewatched the PG-13 cut of Deadpool 2 and it was fucking hilarious to the point that even Jovanna, who didn't particularly like the first one, actually liked it. Definitely mad props there. Watchmen was a good movie. First Class revitalized the X-Men. It was a GREAT movie. Days of Future Past vs Superman was super tough. They were both honestly great movies. I'm still not 100% sure on which but I leaned Days of Future Past because blending the current and past X-Men together in such a cool story was honestly awesome. It's sad they followed that up with a ho-hum Apocalypse movie (one of the best villains imo for the X-Men and it was kinda meh). The Dark Knight. Easily. Very easily. I think this or Thor Ragnarok could take the whole thing. Batman Begins vs Black Panther was another good one. Batman begins is an excellent movie and it, again, revitalized the Batman franchise after Batman with nipples. That being said, I'm giving the edge to Black Panther because I think it was just a little bit better. They both have fantastic villains though. Liam Fucking Neeson as Ras Al Gul was brilliant. Black Panther was also just entertaining as fuck to watch. Not as paint by the numbers as most superhero fair and like Batman Begins, a legitimately great villain that made sense. This one I'm actually still on the fence about a little. Thor Ragnarok. This is one of my favorite MCU movies right now. Infinity War is incredibly important and satisfying over the 10 years of MCU films but Thor Ragnarok came out of fucking nowhere and is just god damned amazing. This is another tough one though because I love Ragnarok but Infinity War really does have so much going for it. A story built up over the course of 10 years through various movies makes landfall here and they do not skip a beat. Marvel put their best directors on this thing and it shows. It's incredible to think someone could manage to make a movie this satisfying with this many characters. God what a fucking choice to make. X-Men. Groundbreaking and still an amazing movie to watch. Kick Ass was surprisingly good but I still would rather watch X-Men. Wonder Woman. Punisher was okay. Wonder Woman was awesome. I know which one I'd rather watch again.

You could almost have a mini tournament just for Spielberg. Jesus. I went with Raiders of the Lost Ark. Indiana Jones movies are some of my favorite movies. Watched them all the time with my parents when I was a kid (along with Star Wars). The first one is definitely special too. I looked through that whole list and kept thinking Raiders the whole time I was reading. Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is obviously a very close second.

It's cross play on basically everything now right? Might have to play with some of you guys at some point. We can just use Discord voice chat.

I saw Jeselnik live with Orange Joe I believe. I'd fucking love to see Louis CK live as well as Bill Burr. I just watched Robin Williams' last recorded one, weapons of Mass Destruction. Was weird because of how old it was but it was funny. I miss him. Netflix is a goldmine of standup shit though. I really need to sit down and watch it. I watched the first of the first 2 Chapelle specials and I really need to watch the second and I think there's now a few more?

Every other PvP focused game does PvP better than Destiny does. Like why would you play THIS instead of basically all the other multiplayer shooters around? Sometimes I wish they'd just drop PvP completely and maybe we'd get single player content that didn't have to be Balanced ™? to the point every gun is boring and exactly the same. It's fun to be overpowered, damn it.

How awesome though if they got Jensen Ackles to play Red Hood for a Batman movie?

Yeah, I think they made a mistake focusing an entire DLC on Gambit. Too many people don't like PvP. EVERYONE plays PvE.

Last few seasons have been fun. Show has been very uneven since Season 5 but I still mostly liked it. Who can forget the Rise of Dick?

It is extremely frustrating. That coupled with the fairly boring DLC has me kind of staying away. I hate constantly going back to feeling so negative about this game but there's just nothing worth doing in it anymore. I already did the slow power level burn with Forsaken and that has no real allure to me anymore. After that is gone...well there's nothing. Lots of boring loot tbh and even if I do find cool stuff, I can't level it up and use it because of the fucking cores. Saw another topic on Reddit's Destiny subreddit that made me lol. Something to the effect of basically "no one is going to remember your game for how balanced it is." Yes please, just let us have fun. Jesus christ Bungie. Listen to your players.

As usual I didn't actually do THAT much work but I rediscovered this old TMNT poster/cover from long ago after being inspired by Matt's new banner/avatar. Still kinda workshopping the yellow tint on the banner to match the comic cover. For the avatar, I couldn't really find a good place to cut, so I found something completely different. Hey I have a question. So I caught up to this show rapidly like right after the last season ended. Then... I had to sit and wait for 2 fucking years lol. You know any really good recaps for the series so I can refamiliarize myself with it? On that note, for the longest time I just didn't really care about this show because I've never hugely been into like... Medieval stuff and all that. Also GoT fans can be really obnoxious about how much they like the show so that was off-putting at first. God damn though, this show is pretty good. I should have known because HBO is doing it.
