It was interesting and also one of the weirdest fucking things I've watched lol.

 

I barely remember now.  Season 2 wasn't nearly as good from my memory.

I think S2 suffers from being short, so they spend half of it wrapping up S1. But objectively speaking S1 gets like a 7/10 and S2 9/10 from critics etc.

 

Personally I preferred the "past" story in S1 over everything else.

 

Have you read into the wild theories that:

 

Netflix "cancelling" the show is just another layer of promotion for the fact it ended at a dimension where The OA is a TV show ie our own dimension. I don't really believe it, but given the pandemic has derailed so many plans,  and given it took 3 years in-between S1 and S2, I'm hopeful. Would really put me off Netflix if they did actually cancel it.

Might give it another watch at some point.  I don't remember much at all except crazy people doing crazy dance moves to do extra dimensional magic or some kind of shit. 

 

I liked it BECAUSE of how fucking weird it was tho.
