I keep telling myself I’m gonna re-watch G Reco one of these days and that it will eventually make sense (perhaps after multiple re-watches and a lot of meditation ) Maybe the movies fix it..?

A good isekai is a fun time, but there are so many bad / so-so isekai out there. Really have to pick the right one. (Give me another season of Grimgar please, anime gods??? ) I guess it's a popular genre overall otherwise there wouldn't be so many all the time.

I dunno if it's correct or not -- I assume it is -- but MAL says 12 episodes running from April 9 to June 25, and then part two is 13 episodes to begin airing October 2022. I'd rather it run across two consecutive seasons, as I'm really enjoying the anime, but at least a 3-4 month break for a split cour isn't tooooooo long of a wait.

Looks to be a few different isekai airing this summer. But if I watch Overlord then I probably won't be too interested in the other ones. Already been watching Shield Hero this season. I'll be isekai'd out

As always, I’ll probably try the anime originals—if I can, that is. I don’t really want to read up on anything until I find out what will actually be available to me on Crunchyroll. Still haven’t pulled the trigger on Hidive. Aside from new originals, I’ll continue Overlord and Shadows House, but both will be on a pretty short leash. A couple bad episodes to start and I’ll bail fairly quickly. Summer feels like it needs a good slice of life. Something fun and easy-going with likeable characters. I’m thinking like Sakura Quest or Aquatope. Deaimon is scratching that itch for me now but I want more.

My final job is Chemist. Knight, Time Mage, and Beastmaster was already an easy win. Throw in Chemist and it’s a cakewalk. Guess I’ll go for Omega and Shinryu too for fun.

Yeah, I’m still bummed about Ayashimon If you picked just one series to be current on then PPPPPP is not a bad choice! I recommend reading up to current on The Elusive Samurai and Akane-banashi too though. Lots of good stuff going on in both. Another good new DB Super chapter today as well — #85

I'm playing the Pixel Remaster on my phone and I'm pretty impressed with it so far I do miss being able to fast forward on an emulator though...

The Sandworm can be a real obstacle for some runs I was just looking back on old Fiesta threads at DBZ Center... I did a FJF run for the first time in 2013... Wow that's a long time I've beaten this game a stupid number of times in the last nine years I'm probably only good for two or three runs this summer if I play them all on my phone.

Make sure you finish it too! So far my run is: Knight; Time Mage; Beastmaster. Time Mage automatically makes it an easy win. Time spells practically break this game. Based on the rules for the 375 run, my Earth job will have to be either Chemist (more game-breaking power!) or Dancer. I'm kinda hoping for Dancer, because I love how random it is. Also farming items for the Chemist's mixes is a bit of a nuisance

Yeah the AL East is silly again this year. No teams from the ALC / ALW are all that close to the WC picture right now, though I'm sure that can change if Boston, Toronto, and Tampa beat up on each other all summer. The AL West especially is a bit of a joke right now. You'd think one of those teams could pull ahead a bit and get into the WC, any of Texas, LAA, or Seattle ought to be better. Check this out: The Astros don't even have to do anything to win that division
