    For once we agree, 2nd ep doesn'thave it much different from 1st. I like the setup with the 2 spies but the kid....the kid just kills it.

    Also agreed on Revenger. Nice to have a new samurai-era series to look forward to.

     

    -Danmachi S4 Pt 2 is getting super good.

    -Trigun.....is a mixed bag of feelings for me so far but not bad enough mainly because i want to see where they're going with on the story. 

    -Vinland Saga is starting out strong! Can't wait to see where it goes there.

    -Ars no Kyojuu is interesting in their lore and fantasy. Plus fun characters so far.

    Okay i wanted to like Buddy Daddies but the kid is grating on me. If it doesn't change on 3rd ep I'm dropping it from my watch list.

    I find it stupid that as of 2 episodes she's been in the middle of gunfire twice and acts unfazed with the tunnel vision of "Daddy daddy daddy!!!"

    4yr old antics are one thing, but how they go about this pretty much outweighs the good parts of this show.

    So i was able to get through to the season finale of Willow TV.........

    If peeps like it whatevs we all got quirks but that was the most painful teen-adult fanfic i've watched and i'm adding it to the "well at least i tried" list.

    Nope, again with the i had a lot on my watch list at the time so never got around to it.

    I make no promises in actually watching stuff if i forget about it. I can only try. 😅

    I mean i'll always give consent to Nelle biting me :koffing: I just always seem to forget about seeing other shows that look interesting but when i've got my watch list set up i put it as an afterthought. :lurk: I will try to remember this one.

    Buddy Daddies gives me that "3 Guys and a Baby"movie mixed with Spy Family vibes. I'm liking it so far and omg that kid has no boundaries XD

    Trigun I'm holding off opinions until further watching. Still not a fan of the animation style choice but I will give the company itself cred for how well some movements work. (And also after learning from MT that they took out Milly who to me helped me feel like being a giant woman validated growing up is going to make it harder for me not to judge this in bad views more. :grumble: ) I DO find it interesting how they're going with the story direction here and I appreciated about the explanation of the importance of the PLANTS better than the old TV series. (I never read the manga so if it was explained more there, I wouldn't know)

    Happy Holidays to everyone here! 

    I know it's pretty radio silent here but i wish you all happy and peaceful times with your fam and friends! Whether you choose to celebrate or not this year. If you feel up for it, lets talk old holiday memories or what you plan to do this weekend!

     

    Atm i'm on my lunch break at work. Almost done and it's been alright so far. The rush will probably come just when i'm ready to clock out. Then i'm gonna chill at home tonight and see the fam tomorrow. Stuff has been happening with my brother so he's back living with the folks. But he's safe and that's what matters. If roads are better from our declining ice storm i may drag him out of the house for a spell.

    YES! (King is best demon boi) Seriously is one of the best shows i've seen in a long time and is sprung from some of the same people who've worked on Amphibia, Gravity Falls, etc. Highly reccomend and be ready for lots of feels. 

     

    Also holy crap Disney actually threw down. Like i know they've been growing to be more progressive especially for LGTBQ representation.  Ex: Having same sex married couples and in one short of the Baymax series, having a trans char give input on preferred tampon. But they (to my memory so forgive me if incorrect) have never actually had a character just bluntly come out and say "hey! I'm ______!" before. Hell ya.

    Same feels on Pratt. Pretty much how i felt about Letita Wright in BP:WF but, i will try to focus on a lot of what looks good here and what i'm hoping will turn out well. 

     

    Animation team did kick ass work on this.

    I hope Jack Black totes steals the spotlight being in a role i feel he was pretty much born to play.
