If anyone's interested in the PC version of Elite Dangerous, it's currently free on the Epic games store.

I had troubles getting the disc version of Miles Morales to install. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it multiple times, cleaned the disc just in case, and even did a full system reset on my PS5 and still nothing. I eventually caved and bought it digitally, and am going to have to ship the disc back to Amazon. On a happier note, I did play a little of Astro and that game is pretty damn charming.

I've only seen it in Wal Marts so far. I don't think anyone gives a shit about enforcing them (or anything really, considering they work at Wal Mart).

Finding out that Drake Wuertz supports Joey Ryan (as if him being a QAnon stooge isn't bad enough), and that Nia Jax is a Covid denier. Good times.

Bought mine late Thursday, haven't opened it yet though. Thinking of getting a second to keep unopened if I can manage to get my hands on another.

From what little i've been hearing about it, that happens with other games as well, like Demon's Souls, and it's putting the console in rest mode that does it.

Zelina got future endeavor'd, presumably from not wanting to give up her streaming. I honestly don't see Aleister Black sticking around much after this.

Just bought the expansion/season pass on Green Man Gaming. They've got a 15% off coupon code that reduced the price from 49.99 to 42.49, so I figured why not.

Last I checked I was close to 5'11, probably 5'10.5

It's a tiny bit bigger than a DS4, and a touch heftier.

I will be doing Extra Life again this year on Saturday, so if I do join just know i'll be streaming while I do it.

I probably am. Boyfriend and one of his friends are getting back into it so i'll probably be running around with them.

Went to the bf's and met his dad/step mom, her sister and her husband, and had lunch to celebrate birthdays. After that we came back here, watched some Treehouse of Horror episodes, Shaun of the Dead, and are now playing Destiny 2 with one of his friends.

I'll be meeting the bf's dad and step mom, for the dad's birthday. Not sure if it's Halloween themed or not.

I'd say that's more on the developers still figuring out how games in true 3d worked than the controller itself.

The N64 controller was just fine, but it definitely wasn't anything amazing. Also, give it credit for bringing analog sticks and rumble to console gaming.

The music is pretty great. Having the bf playing in the background while I'm doing other things, hearing that music and getting hype.

So roguelite/light then

Bought Hades back when it was in early access. It's the same people that made Bastion, one of my favorite games from the XBox 360 era. This is kinda similar to that, but instead of a linear game, it's a roguelike (roguelite? I can never remember the difference between the terms). Didn't really play it a whole lot, but the bf was interested in it too, so I bought it for him on Switch, and we'd been playing that this past weekend, and it's a hell of a lot of fun. I'm liking it enough to pick up the PC version again, and having a blast.
