Looks like Wanda's controlling that little area they're in, but it's got SWORD oversight. Not sure if she's there of her own free will or not, though. I get the feeling she is, only because she keeps rewinding to try and fix things. I think the other people in the town are SWORD agents as well. It would make sense, having someone keeping an eye on her on the inside. I was really hoping the commercial would be about Tahiti instead of Hydra Soak, but I guess that wouldn't have made as much sense because there's no real reason Wanda should know about Tahiti and what happened with Coulson.

It has Steam achievements ?

I started a new game of Hades and haven't gotten to the boss of the third area yet, I think I'm on my 10th or so try this time. Last time through I had God mode on, and it's definitely harder now.

I could never beat that game even with the Konami code

Saw that Shinsuke may be a face now, they gave him the old music back and are referring him to the King of Strong Style again. Too bad there won't be any crowds to sing along with it now.

I tried an episode of the US version/remake and it didn't do anything for me. I was never able to get into The Office either, maybe that's why.

I'm thinking Wanda tried to get away from things, so she hid out in some town, got freaked out by something, and the entire town is now stuck in some sort of sitcom world, but Wanda has no idea she's doing it. Someone also said that the toy helicopter was supposed to be a real helicopter that crashed, and Monica Rambeau (the black woman in the second episode) was piloting it, and now she's stuck in Wanda's world too. Saw that theory on reddit and I think it's pretty plausible.

That's because there was around 7 minutes of credits. Saw someone say that at some point in Age of Ultron, Wanda said her and Pietro watched a lot of Nick at Night, which if true would make sense given how early sitcom-y everything was.

Looks like transportation workers where I am will be up for the vaccine in February. My mom called me yesterday asking about a bunch of stuff, and the topic of the vaccine came up. She wasn't sure if she was going to get it. Someone (I don't know if it's friends of hers, or her co-workers at the police station) said that getting it was stupid, and it got me pretty riled up. I'm half curious to ask who it was so I can go yell at them, but I don't know if it's really worth it. I told her i'd be getting it as soon as I was able, and that seemed to make her think about it more seriously, so hopefully she gets it as she is definitely in that dangerous age group.

I had read it before but had the urge to go through it again. Figured it would be easier to listen to an audiobook while working than it would to read.

I bought the audiobook version of Neil Gaiman's book on Norse mythology and it got me interested in going through GoW again, so I started it up on my PS5 the other day.

I'll be there for both this week. Boyfriend's parents went to a small NYE gathering and someone there tested positive. BF was at their place this week, so we're staying away to be safe

One hell of a tribute show tonight. AEW really knocked it out of the park.

I played through that on my Extra Life stream last year, I like that game quite a bit. Destiny 2 I've mostly gotten back into this, the bf and his friends play it, and web and Mera'din have started playing again too, and it's been fun. Grindstone Dope little puzzle game that was, up until recently, an Apple Arcade exclusive. Been playing that mostly on the weekends when i'm at the bf's place, since it's so easy to take with me (and he has a Switch as well, so I just borrow his dock) Got Wilmot's Warehouse and Disco Elysium (both ) from web for Christmas, but haven't dug into either of those yet.

I can live with that casting.

This entire year has been a fucking shit show.

Bf (understandably) says it's too extravagant, so I'm gonna end up selling it, most likely.
