Two episodes in and i'm loving it. Getting to know more about Boba Fett is pretty fucking dope. They even re-introduce a character in this one from the most recent comics, specifically the Doctor Aphra series. Episode 2 spoilers

I bought myself a Sega Saturn

Did 14 last year, I wonder if I can beat that this year. 1) Uncharted: Lost Legacy I started this game way back when it came out and never got around to beating it. I've been helping my partner dog sit all weekend, so I brought my PS5 and played through it all, from the beginning. If you've played any of the other Uncharted games, you know what to expect. I think it maybe took me 8 hours to beat it?

That's....really hard to do. But seriously, was it enjoyable? Sure. Was it the best thing? Hell no.

Hoping this is better than 5, never did get around to finishing that one.

The Matrix Resurrections I'd give it about a high 7/low 8. I don't really think it needed to be made, and it could have been a bit shorter, but I enjoyed my time with it.

I had a real great 24 hours. Managed to get off work in time yesterday to go to a family thing for my bf's mom's side. Met a few more of his family, but can't remember any of their names. This morning, opened presents with my mom, who got me a bunch of Pocky, some leggings, and some money. After that I rushed off to the bf's so we could have lunch with his mom/step dad, who got me a $50 Amazon gift card and a nice bottle of wine, and after that to his dad/step mom's side, and they got me a gift card but I can't remember where to. Boyfriend gave me some custom controllers, a clear PS5 one, and a SNES themed pro controller for the Switch. We just got back a little bit ago and are just chilling at his apartment.

I bought it in a trade a year or two ago, if you can't find it I can send it to you.

I only really noticed slowdown in a few spots of the action sequence, but that was the only real hiccup I saw.

Played this ^^^ a bit ago and it was pretty neat. There's the QTE/action sequence, and then afterwards there's an entire city to run around in. You can hop in cars, and fly a drone around, even change things in real time like the position of the sun, and turn off/on polygons (they call it something else but I can't remember what it was), and it was cool to fly the drone way up high and look around, and see almost zero pop-in/texture loading. Kind of awesome to think that games could look like that in the near future.

I'm going to spoiler my thoughts even though at this point I shouldn't have to. I don't want to accidentally ruin anything for anyone. All i'll say is that it may be my favorite Marvel movie after Endgame. There's also a mid and post credits scene.

Normally when I watch Dynamite, I sort of half pay attention, but I was 100% glued to the screen for that entire match. It was so good.

Hangman/Danielson fucked. What a match, holy shit. Also, potential teases for Brody King and Kyle O'Reilly's future debuts?

Gonna spoiler one little bit JUUUUUST to be safe. Kind of a slow episode, but it's more of a setup for the final one, which should be real interesting. It was neat to see the Snap from Yelena's perspective, how it seemed to be instantaneous for her, I don't think they've shown that side of it before. It was also interesting seeing just how different Clint's fighting style was between when he was Hawkeye, and when he was Ronin. At some point it looked like the bros were getting taken out by someone invisible, which threw me off for a second. I was kind of thinking it wasn't actually Clint in the Ronin getup until he revealed his face.

California's re-instituting a mandate for the next two weeks starting tomorrow. Even people who are vaccinated are having to wear masks. I don't know if the numbers are such that it's necessary, but it's nice just the same.

This looks fucking sick, I can't wait.

I imagine the final product will not look nearly as nice as this, but this looks pretty dope, even if it is an on-rails shooter type thing.
