  1. Because people nessecarily haven't seen the episode that just aired and aren't responsible enough to not click on the topic when they know that I guess? XD

I'll post more later but I have two things to say before then:

"You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain."

    Also:

Arya 'bout to ruin a bitches day.

  2. Clearly Steve Rogers doesn't suffer from depression? I don't really know what you're looking for here. The established him pretty early on as the kind of person who could have the whole world against him and he will never give up and never stop fighting. He'll always get back up and keep going no matter how bleak shit is and will help everyone he can along the way.  Even his contentions with Tony stem from that drive. He was not willing to compromise his beliefs for anything, and would rather die fighting for all that he is than sacrifice even one part of it. Some people just don't break. At least not outwardly or in any quantifiable way that matters for this discussion.

I don't know where the insistence on comparing Thor with him is coming from either. A better comparison for Thor would probably be Stark overall. Both in terms of their early lives, parts of their personalities and the kinds of shit they've had to deal with.

  3. They never said it wouldn't still be like that so I don't know why so many people in general seem shocked at this.

I'm cool with getting Disk 1 now instead of the whole thing 15 years from now. It's not like we don't know what happens. :rotfl:

If they think they're going to charge full price for each one though that will be... not good. This would be the company to try it though. :|

  4. The message that was attached on their Facebook post implies we should be getting a release date at least and seems like they're on the final stretch so it should hopefully be this year.

Most of the plans are already in place in the run up to launch, so please bear with us a little longer until we can release more information next month – Tetsuya Nomura

  5. Today's reveal was Tremere. Their disciplines will be Thaumaturgy (Blood Magic) and Auspex (6th Sense/projection). Looks like they are going 2 per instead of 3 so no Dominate for them I guess. Unless this is rolled into normal social interaction as well like was insinuated with the 3rd Brujah one. Tremere have also had their clan weakness reworked a bit for this and they will be a sort of 'hard mode' for the game as they will take more damage from vampires than other clans (kind of comes from the innate hatred for the Tremere from most other clans due to their origins).

  6. And the lobbyists are already circling the waters. :rotfl:

Not completely sure how I feel on this. The pay to win shit, definitely, but there's a lot of other shit that they can sneak into a bill like this that will be going to far.

  7. At this point I'm expecting Greyworm to go straight for the Mountain as soon as he gets the chance. Hound vs. Mountain seems like something they'll want to end up showing though so one or the other is going to get to him first and get fucked and then the other will finish the job. Seems more likely that Greyworm will go down at this point, though originally I had only seen one of the two dying between him and Missande.

  8. Indeed. I couldn't care less about it, but let the players decide if it's "not a good value" for ourselves. XD

Though it might be nice if there's an EA game I take an interest in and want to try it but don't actually want to buy.

I can more easily buy it if we are talking about months or an extended length of time. The last two seasons have basically depicted everything in Westoros as only a sunday drive down the street (especially how many times Jon Snow and traveled between her coastal castle and the North/beyond The Wall),

This is honestly the thing that bugs me most about the recent seasons. It seems like it started happening more and more after what felt like Danerys basically teleporting to Westeros.

  10. He was definitely still hung up on the hammer too. Not the hammer in the physical sense, but it was clear after everything he's lost since he lost the hammer, that internally he felt himself less and less "worthy". Calling the hammer and having it come to him after everything he had been through and how he felt about it was a pretty big deal for him I think. Between that and the talk with his mother I think that's the first REAL healing we've seen for his character in a long time.

Thor writing has always been a little clumsy, so I get where people are coming from, but none of it honestly bothered me. His arc in Endgame is probably one of the ones I enjoyed the most. They all were dealing with what happened in different ways. His was just the most physically noticeable. Steve and Natasha both poured themselves into some kind of work to avoid dealing with it as much as possible, Clint going off the deep end Ultimate Hawkeye style, etc.

  11.

I completely disagree (not with Anelle that reply wasn't there before I started writing. XD ). She's  been holding her feelings in check for years. Even what she has felt on and off for Jamie she tucked away and stopped looking at. He basically forced that back out in the open and gave her everything she wanted and she was finally able to feel something that she wanted to feel for ages.

What we normally see of her is her doing everything in her power to basically be what she sees as the perfect image of a knight. Strong, stoic, no nonsense, etc. She has to fight extra hard for that image because she's a woman, despite her size, and has learned to stick to it pretty hard, getting mocked pretty much the whole way regardless of her ability.

And you have to think about the fact that they weren't together for like 2 days or whatever. The shows portrayal of time passage is garbage. It's likely been months since the Battle for Winterfell at this point. Just going from Winterfell to Whiteharbor (where their ships would be) is over 300 miles. Winterfell to King's Landing by way of the King's Road is something like nearly 1500 miles. Not sure about the distance by boat traveled but obviously it's a bit quicker.

Then he pulls what is effectively a "It's not you, it's me." thing and leaves. She can't stop him. She can't go with him because of her oath to Sansa. The person she finally opened up to and let herself feel something is leaving and it's very unlikely he will come back. He looked like a guy going to his death and they both knew it. On top of that, she was alone and didn't have to save face to anyone. She probably would have held back if anyone else was around but they weren't and so we see what is not just heartbreak, but years (possibly decades) of holding shit in just come rushing out. Those emotions have a habit of feeding into each other especially when they've been held in check. It has more to do with her self-image than anything that's physically happening. The next time we see her she'll be "in character" again but ragged around the edges. If they carry on with the "weeping maiden" thing THEN I'll call bullshit. Even strong people break down too, especially when alone, but will pull themselves back together when they have to.

You must know some pretty fucking jaded people if you don't think this is how real people work. >_>

  12. I personally liked the comment he made to the cops. XD

Spoilers are going to get worse now. Directors effectively "lifted" the spoiler ban they asked people to adhere to as of today so news articles full of spoilers are churning out at and even faster rate than before. Seen a few with spoilers in the titles even which is kind of a dick move.

  13. She DID lie to him. She's been pregnant since last season before they slept together. Kid is Jamie's. Probably half the reason he bailed from Winterfell since he knows there's no way in hell she gets to live after the news they got.

Also the way I see this ending at this point is Cersei sitting alone upon the Iron Throne looking regal as fuck with her resting bitch face turned up to 11 while the city burns. The door will burst inward and Dany, Greyworm and Jamie will be falling over each other and tripping each other to get to her first.

Meanwhile, Arya and the Hound roll up outside and they pull a Legolas/Gimli and the Hound yeets her through a window and she jumps on Cersei and buries that dagger in her throat. "I think this belongs to you."
