This is why I have the Five episode rule. Some of the time the ones that I find good need that minimum for me to figure out if it needs that slight build up or not. I have a feeling it may be one of those animes for it.

There is so much vague shit happening along with the weird ass pacing of this show. (God of Highschool) I feel like I'm gonna get whiplash from the back and forth in this show.

Idk it felt a little scattered to me story wise. While I'm glad they're not going to waste half or more of the series on the tournament , it felt a bit discombobulated from what happened in last ep.

Appare had a great ending Balance Unlimited had a good ending with a funny note. Just a couple more and then all my Summer list will be done.

Thank you I felt the same way about that first ep. Felt more like a filler episode they should have had for last season. I'm sure that Hxeros can't beat the Holy Crap that was the Inter-species Brothel Reviews one . (Not the actual title but it was about Adventurers going to all sorts of broth e ls and rating/reviewing them. )
