Apparently the Saudis didn't pay Vince a lot of money, so Vince ordered the Saudi feed cut off and in retaliation the Saudis kicked talent off whatever plane they were using. If anyone chartered a flight out, they got out, everyone else had to wait for [however they ended up flying out]. Also WWE is apparently trying to cover it up and get any talent on video to say it was a mechanical issue. Also it apparently can go deep enough that if WWE knew the Saudis were going to stiff them on pay, there's a massive inside trading scam they can get fucked by.

What a fucking main event

Large portion of the Smackdown crew have been held back in Saudi Arabia and it apparently wasn't for plane or weather issue. Vince got out of there on his own plane. Rumours ofc start flying (unlike the SDL roster) that he had a disagreement with the Saudis over something. They won't be able to make it back in time for SDL so they'll be running either with a light crew or an emergency crew. Pussy-ass Vince probs should've stayed behind regardless what the issue is.

Beat Link's Awakening, was all right overall. Great as a straight-up remake, but very little new to justify a full-priced Game Boy port. Still grinding here and there on Dragon Quest IV in Chapter 2. Started playing Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn. Chill as fuck, don't know if I'll do the devilish mode/collectibles yet.

Solid-ass wrestling show with NXT. Dat Tower of Doom in the main event I've only seen the opening tag match so far. I hate how AEW ignores tag rules. Either mostly stick to the rules or institute lucha tag rules.

The thing I don't really get: Vince McMahon isn't racist in the sense that he hates PoCs, but Vince is racist in the sense that if he thinks it will make him money, he'll do it regardless of any insensitivity unless it'll hurt business somehow, and even then, there is a certain amount of money or value where he'll stop giving a fuck even with the bad publicity. That filters down through his company, which means that for the most part, race isn't going to be an issue that's taken seriously in the backstage either way, it's just something to work the crowd with to make money. This has been true for decades. I don't know why people think Vince is the kindly Walt Disney grandfather of pro wrestling and then show up and somehow act shocked or surprised when things like this happen. It's par for the course when it comes to WWE, even down to ignoring the Gucci incident in pop culture and using that as internal lesson to avoid something like this, because upper management are old and rich and therefore don't pay attention to pop culture (or maybe in WWE's case, they think they ARE pop culture rather than just a reflection of it)

He wasn't happy with the offensive T-Shirt that they're selling with his name on it and has been publicly calling out the WWE, Vince and Hunter over it. He trashed the WWE system and how they still employ Hogan, posted a video with him flipping the bird and saying "WWE doesn't care about black people" and called Jay Lethal an Uncle Tom (RoH even catching some bullets).

ACH/Jordan Myles testing if WWE actually will fire anyone or not. Also apparently the NXT roster hasn't gotten their pay upgraded and some of them aren't seeing the progression they want (probably to the main roster). Oh boy

As far as a recreation of Link's Awakening with better graphics and music, it's pretty much perfect. As far as being a full price Switch remake offering more than what was in the original package, it's pretty lackluster. I guess it at least adapted the Game Boy Colour version and the extra dungeon. I played the dungeon-maker only as much as I needed to get all the Hearts and Seashells (which I did do) and it was okay but nothing blow-away, felt more tacked-on than otherwise. Didn't bother playing Hero/Hard Mode or whatever it's called.

I'm assuming they make the playoffs and win a round or two but it's the west's title to lose and they have no Kawhi

I'm just wondering how they're going to explain away

Started and beat Luigi's Mansion, finished 100%ing Smash Ultimate (settled on Marth as a main, have done a bit of multiplayer). Finished the prologue and first chapter of Dragon Quest IV. Seems interesting because the chapter was short but the reward was gaining like 10 levels. Wondering how it all plays together. Have Link's Awakening and Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn in front of me waiting to play.

Again not much of anything. Planning on catching up on a bit that I meant to listen to more (Gucci Mane's Woptober 2, Young M.A.'s Herstory in the Making, Dababy's Kirk, whatever that new NBA Young Boy is) but probably won't do it all. I guess Kanye's going to come out this week? I've only head like three of his songs and they say whatever this next thing is is supposed to be gospel because he's finally gone off the deep end.

Loved the sound effects and music especially, the theme is so catch and I like how Luigi hums it himself when in the dark just to distract himself from being afraid. Controls sucked though (one-stick 3DS), especially on the last boss. Collected every Boo, got a B Rank Mansion and $98 million. I think I did two achievement lists and most of a third list, but not gonna do any more because said controls make attempting to play it with any kind of skill a drag.

Smash Bros Ultimate. 1 more challenge (200 quickplay matches, I'm in the 190s) and 100ish spirits left (mostly Summoning and Enhancing). Still have to beat Classic Mode with half the roster too Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen. It's a Dragon Quest game all right. Only in the early parts
