    Hard to believe Toronto's only down 4 at halftime. Ugly first half. Lots of open 3's missed. Turn it around please Raptors :nailbiting2: Even if his leg is still bugging him, Klay is hitting his shots - and Curry could go off for a bunch of points at any time :uhoh:

    Yeah there's the RPGe fan translation SNES rom from way back. It's my favourite version to play. I guess it's quite a literal translation to English - there isn't much character in the dialog like in FFV Advance, but I still like this version best. The PlayStation port is better than nothing I suppose but I can't stand how slow it is. At least the translation on PS is so terrible it makes the game fun in a different way :lol:

    FFV is definitely my favourite Final Fantasy, so as always I'm stoked for the Fiesta. 

     

    I'm pre-reg'd for a Random run with Berserker Risk. Donations are off to a bit of a slow start so I'm not sure how many Berserkers there will be to go around, but I'm hoping to get at least one. 

     

    What kinda run are you signed up for? What version of the game will you be playing?

    It's a real heavy workload for Steph and Draymond without KD and Klay. Fred and Kyle are defending Steph quite well. He's still scoring but they are not easy points. And it seems kinda funny to say, but I think they're really missing Looney right now too. Gasol and Ibaka took it to their bigs last night.

    I can't say I'm a fan of wrasslin, and I definitely don't like Boston sports teams, but I will try not to hold it against you if you like those things :lolgrin:

    Not sure if this thing has been discussed here, but the Genesis Mini is going to have a really solid list of games! Might have to buy one of these :thinking2: I was always a Nintendo kid, but I played Genesis games a fair bit at friends houses. 

     

    Would be nice to see a few sports games in there though. NHL 94? World Series? Montana? I remember my friend had a pretty good boxing game for his Genesis. Holyfield, maybe...

    I already knew what was gonna happen and all, but it still felt pretty damn dramatic. We're gonna see the sea, Armin!

    Might have been cool if they could have found a way to stretch that out over two episodes though. It would have been a week of fierce #TeamArmin vs. #TeamErwin debates.

     

    FINALLY the basement is coming up. I love how much it gets teased throughout but it takes forever to get there :lol:

    The final score looks respectable I guess, but it feels like such a missed opportunity. That 3rd Quarter was just awful to watch. Credit the Raptors for weathering the Warriors' 3Q run and making it close in the end, but they missed quite a few open looks this game that could have swung things. 

     

    I also felt like the officiating was kinda questionable to start the game but maybe I'm just a biased Raps fan...

    It was really nice to see him do that. But I do expect Draymond will make adjustments in Game 2 to make things more difficult for Siakam.

    I wouldn't necessarily bet on the Raptors either, but they are a much better defensive team than Portland and that's going to make it more of a challenge for Golden State. Portland had a lot of leads in the Western Finals but the Warriors would inevitably go on a scoring run and come back to win. The Raptors might be able to hold onto leads with their defensive play. 

     

    I need to see the Raps win Game 2 before I let myself get a bit hopeful.

    Raps up at the end of Q3 and I just keep waiting for it all to fall apart :uhoh:

     

    How about that 3 from McCaw though :O.O: I can't even remember the last time he got minutes in the playoffs... maybe during the Magic series?

    Some good signs from the Raptors in the 1st quarter, but I think they also got lucky. Need to do better on the boards. 

     

    Boogie's in the game now. I wonder how this is gonna go.

    Yeah they're definitely a good team! I'm OK to become a bandwagon Twins fan later this year. They have some really fun players.
