Bummer about the injury to Ray for Seattle too

I have definitely been watching and enjoying the new season of Dr. Stone. Two unexpected hits for me this season are Skip and Loafer and A Galaxy Next Door. Especially Skip and Loafer I recommend it for sure. @Anelle I think you might enjoy both of these shows.

The damn Rays… They’ve mostly been playing bad teams, but still kudos to them for winning all the games. Toronto should give them more of a challenge—I hope One problem is that the rotation is lined up such that Berrios, Kikuchi, and Manoah will be pitching this weekend. Berrios might just be bad now, Kikuchi is super unreliable, and Manoah is struggling to start this season. Yikes.

Great to have Suletta back in my life

Second episode of Hell’s Paradise was pretty solid. More memorable for me than the first. So I’ll stick with it a while longer.

I watched the first episode of A Galaxy Next Door tonight and I enjoyed it quite a lot. Good feel/vibes and I think it’s going to be a nice little story.

They won’t be this good all summer, but wow the Rays are off to a hot start! It’s nice to see the Pirates winning some games early on. The way that team has been run is quite pathetic. I want to see nice things for their fans.

Looking around at stuff in Crunchyroll last night, I totally did not realize that last year they did a Dr. Stone film introducing Ryusui. Watched it last night, and, I gotta say, it got me pretty hyped for the new season. Bring on the new world!

Chapter 78

Lots of good stuff this week The Elusive Samurai Fabricant 100 Akane-banashi I am feeling pretty lost in Ichinose Family right now A bit reminiscent of PPPPPP in that regard. Eventually I assume it will all make sense. And I think I am even more lost in Jujutsu Kaisen. Gonna need to read a plot summary when the Culling Game arc ends New chapters of Gokurakugai and Show-ha Shoten! hit today too. I will read them tonight.

I checked out a couple new things this weekend… Hell’s Paradise Unremarkable. I was going to turn it off during the OP because the song was bad but I kept going. I’ll give it one more episode but not expecting it to hook me. My Home Hero The premise is kind of ridiculous but I sort of liked it. I guess I can identify with a middle-aged dad who wants to protect his family in spite of his weaknesses

Season finale of Stray Dogs was a little bit of a let down for me, but there were still some really good things too:

I liked the chapter this week too. There’s more to it than what I might have thought last week, but it’s also not too convoluted. Pretty good balance in that regard. Situation is getting critical again this week in The Elusive Samurai! Sakamoto was short this week

I was all digital on my 3DS, so no worries about losing game carts I put so many hours into Bravely Default…

Octopath Traveler is on the ol’ to-do list… some day… if I can ever finish all my goals in Diablo 2 I need a good JRPG back in my life though. It’s either going to be Octopath or Bravely Default 2 next up. (I effing loved Bravely Default and Bravely Second!)
