There was a Final Fantasy Concert in LA tonight. I guess they just played Final Fantasy VII music. And at the end there was a trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake..... with a release date. Put it in spoilers just in case anyone wants to wait until the conference to find out.

So are people all gathering somewhere to talk about conferences while they're on?

I would never recommend anyone play the first Watch Dogs. I tried so hard to like that game, but I was just so... so bored the whole time. Never really played much of Watch Dogs 2, so I can't really say anything on that one. I'm looking forward to watching the conferences.

I have at least seen people talking about the idea of them maybe working on a complete overhaul of the Loot System, which would probably be a huge plus for the game. I keep getting worried when I hear talk about DA4 possibly being some kind of Game as a Service model, though.

Yeah. I fell off a while ago, to be honest. Didn't really feel like playing since all I was really doing was the same Stronghold over and over. And they're making a bunch of good changes, but it seems like it'd still be doing the same stuff (for not, at least) for the same rewards. And were there anything in those patch notes about loot?

It's good that they're finally saying something after over a month of silence. Hopefully it'll be worth it, but a part of me doesn't want to bother.

The PS+ Games for June have been announced. Sonic Mania Borderlands: The Handsome Collection Pretty good month.

Apparently there's some sort of Pokemon Press Conference today, and then the Sword and Shield Direct next week.

I'm definitely waiting for them to add more content to the game to do. Don't really feel like just doing Strongholds.

It does seem like they're making more and more good QoL updates and changes to the game. And I've heard good about the Stronghold. But it's been a while since I played it last, to be honest. Sounds like it'll still be a while before there's some kind of update/fix for Loot in general. And the whole Roadmap has been delayed, I believe.

I'm getting something to eat at the Five Guys by our theater. The parking lot at the theater is ridiculous. I've never seen it so full.

Would be a better idea than trying to collect 120 whatever they were (I assume that'll be a quest for it) in a weekend.

Jesus. Haven't read through the article, but I have been looking at a lot of reactions to it. It just sounds like it's such a mess. EA being absolute shit, Frostbite being awful to work with, leadership being fucking useless, devs having to take leaves because of their mental health... And then BioWare's poor attempt at Deflection and PR Spin with their response to the article they apparently put out minutes after the article was actually posted. That's just bad. :/ Feel horrible for the devs who had to go through all that shit.
