    Doubleposting because I found out something interesting and funny:

     

    Gundam Witch Episode 1

    The guy in charge of script and series composition for Gundam Witch, Okouchi Ichiro, wrote two official Utena novels back in the day. This is ABSOLUTELY intentional. :rotfl:

    I really liked the tone shift tbh; it really emphasised what's been going on in the background, and made Eri/Suletta using a different name even more of an oh moment! Can't wait to see how this past affects her experience at this school, and exactly how hard they're going to lean into the Utena references :rotfl:

    Heya, good to hear you've found some answers! It can be such a redefining moment when something clicks into place and you realise it; I hope that it helps you going forward with any coping mechanisms etc, and helps you understand yourself even better :thumbs:

    A solid maybe is Summer Render, as the trailer I saw for it intrigued me.

     

     

    On a side note I had NO idea they were doing a Tiger & Bunny season 2. :P

    Double Necro Bump since this has been out for a few weeks now! I'm loving it so far, for the most part. :unkeke:

    Been taking my time with the game, have just left Utaru territory and heading west!

    Pros:

    - Beautiful scenery as always
    - The new machines I've seen so far are awesome

    - Loving what I've seen of the plot so far

     

    Cons:
    - Too Many Group Quests :mad: This is my alone time game, and while I get that they're trying to push the "Aloy you don't have to lone-wolf it the whole time" story, I don't need so many 'I'll go with you' NPC quests

    - Burrowers are cute but I miss Watchers :puppyeyes: Where are my little dino boys, I have only seen the odd dead one so far

    - Some of the arrow crafting is sloooooow and it annoys me a bit

     

    I'm looking forward to progressing the game further!

     

    I've also been playing with photo mode a bit, which is nice:

    Finished it not long after the last eps aired but forgot to check in here! :sweat:

    Overall enjoyed it a lot! They swapped a few things around/edited a couple of things out, but I loved the fight choreography and the Percy/Orthax stuff was really well done. Loved how they did manage to work in Scanlan throwing the gun in the acid and being right about it, lol.

     

    And when the council gathered at the end I was WAITING for that cliffhanger and wasn't disappointed! Roll on season 2!
