well they're called sub sandwiches so yes??? Not gonna lie when I worked fast food back in the day the official name for burgers were hot sandwiches. Assuming that's what you were getting into with your love of burgers big boi!

I say no because a sandwich in my mind need to have 2 separate pieces of bread and a hotdog clearly is just one.
