    The Squirmy Puppy Pub

I'm doing a thing. Doing some trail work with a group of people I don't know tomorrow and then mountain biking on Monday on said trail. No kids, no wife. I don't think I've camped on my own before.

Literally felt like the doctor was pulling my brain out through my nose just now when he took the packing out. OMG did that hurt. I was literally shaking for a couple minutes. The relief was immediate though, like 70% of the pressure just disappeared. I can breath through my nose again and talking is easier too. Just have some stints left to take out on Wednesday.

Midnight now, I hate my face and nose. This part sucks. Mouth breathing only is the worst.

Had surgery on my nose/sinus today, can't remember the name. My face hurts. Hopefully it helps and I'll breath better and snore less. Just have to wait 2 days for them to pull the packing out of my nose, mouth breathing sucks.

I have about a 45 mile round trip commute but that can change depending on where the next construction project is located.

Bought a used Nissan Leaf full electric car this weekend since our backup car was just about to take a shit. It will be my every day commuting car since my wife works from home.

They taste like marshmallows. Waiting to see how they do in hot chocolate later. Overall not too hard to make. I may test smores later as well.

Made marshmallows today. Will report back on them tomorrow as they take hours to setup. Also, @Jane they have now moved to my son's room.

My dad was out again this morning and we made some more progress. 25 tons means business.

Progress. It got hot and we were tired about half way through the pile. Going to try again tomorrow.

Got my backyard landscaped finally after about 2 years in the house. Went with silver travertine on top of the existing concrete patio and extending it to the planter, grass with a travertine border, raised flowerbed (which we need to paint the stucco face) with a travertine cap. We just looked at rocks today and I think we are set on river rocks to cover the remaining dirt. When it's not so hot we will plant something and maybe get a tree or two. Now I can start paying it off though ? we got a home equity line of credit with a low rate for the first year, so that's our timeframe to pay it off.
