HDR in Windows 11

For some reason, turning HDR on on my second monitor (aka my TV) made Windows completely unable to recognize that the TV is plugged in. I can't seem to reset settings so that it's back to the way it worked before I fucked with things. I can duplicate my displays just fine, but when I try to extend my screen onto the two monitors, it just says no.
