There is no way WWE and NJPW would be able to co-exist. WWE's trying to kill all other wrestling and NJPW is what the average Japanese person thinks of when the word "wrestling" comes up in Japan. I do recall that WWE and Dragon Gate were talking to each other. Tozawa, Apollo and Ricochet were Dragon Gate guys. Dragon Gate's lost a number of their top stars because of management issues. You need a Japanese partner to break into Japan. Only thing that wouldn't make sense is that Dragon Gate is the exact opposite of WWE wrestling, it's small fast guys.

Did end up watching more Raw than I thought I would

What a fucking main event

Aw man. I just heard the first ep of Talk'N'Shop the other night, Guns and Gallows mentioned that Fink wasn't doing too well (Gallows would do a regular Fink impression and razzle Karl Anderson with it)

Promos were a lot better on SDL and then again on Raw. Making eye contact with the camera, not having to awkwardly pause for crowd reactions, not getting "What"ed or random chants. I'm not sure if they're less scripted than normal or it's just the good promo guys talking but it feels like they are less scripted. Mebs just keep doing this

Yowie-wowie, I know somewhere where people can go to lose their darkness

Now there's rumours that 205 Live will be done by the end of the year, and that Hunter's stepping away from main-roster backstage to focus on NXT (and conquering the rest of the indies/monopolizing the industry in other countries)

Really liked the AJ/Braun finish, nice twist on a classic finish

WALTER murdering fools on Raw

Ascension would probably do fine in some Japanese organization. Hunico might be useful in lucha, WWE made him a bigger star than he was otherwise going to be. Brodie Fucking Lee has the world at his feet.

Good a time as any to experiment with it

Just watched the Von Erich Viceland documentary. That shit was amazing (probably even better if you don't know the story) I was only planning on watching the Gino Hernandez one after this (I'm not all that familiar with him), but I think I'll do two of the others (Bruiser Brody, Savage/Elizabeth). Not really interested in the Montreal Screwjob, that's been done to death. I got no interest in the main roster, but NXTs would be aight

That AOP promo was good as fuck. Made me think of the twins from Breaking Bad The King of the Ring Final should've ended about 20 seconds earlier than it did.

I don't want to see Taker wrestle in the ring anymore but I can absolutely get it up for more Boneyard matches. Also really liked Bryan/Sami and Shayna/Becky (ending was a bit flat, but at least it was actually flat this time)

Ha, WWE released the Bret Hart/Tom Magee match to head off Starrcast before they did it. Kind of a trash corporate monopoly move, but also cool as fuck that it's finally seeing the light of day

God, the only thing entertaining about Raw and SDL these days is Firefly Fun House

She was one of the louder voices touting union stuff when the Twitch stuff originally went down. Sure gonna be interesting if Andrew Yang is actually gonna back up the things he's been talking about when it comes to wrestlers and being independent contractors.

NXT: "No more midgets. No more guys starting in their 30s." RIP, NXT
-
He's totally going to AEW. He made gambling references in that Shield special, and there's dice in the background of his return (2.14 million views!) video
-
RIP WWE Wild that Vince got sexual misconducted, figured he was the guy who was always gonna skate by because the mainstream media doesn't care about wrestling

Should just go to Nick Khan personally and let him know how much money they'd be saving by being fired

Vince McMahon was sitting in the back jerking off, to which Vince exclaimed "That's how fucking good that was, pal" Holy SHIT
