YE. Nero's low-key making moves in the background
-
We ended up watching around 60 minutes (out of about 120ish without commercials) of it instead of the usual 15-20 we've been doing the last few months, so that's at least progress. Though I did give a lot of segments more of a shot than I normally would've specifically because of the creative regime change. I liked the promos, so-so on the storyline stuff, they really need to get rid of that fucking "No wrestling in commercials" shit, beginning of the show was classic Heyman but there's only so much of that stuff you can do, end of the show was sorta cool and sorta not

DVR'ing and probs gonna start in 2 hours just in case the show still sucks

That era of TNA won an Observer Award for best weekly show, so you weren't the only one

What match-ups are you most hyped for? Can't even list'em all. Nevermind the regular 4.5+ star candidates, every match that KENTA, Shingo and Moxley are involved in are going to be interesting as fuck. Shingo in particular is a guy who always has me fucking hyped by the end of his matches. Shingo vs Ishii might be a sneak Strong-Style King's Road classic. (Holy shit Jon Moxley is going to fight Naito) Who wins each block? Ibushi v Jay White. Flip a coin for who wins (I would pick Ibushi, Jay White's got time to round into more of the form they want him to be) Over/Under 12.5 murders witnessed at the hands of Suzuki? I wonder if they're going to run an injury angle with him, like he attacks Okada and causes him to miss a few matches/costs him a tournament in some way.

1. Lost Odyssey 2. Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD (Hero Mode) 3. Mega Man 11 (Normal Mode) 3a. Mega Man 11 (Superhero Mode) 4. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings [Dark Mode] 4a Easy Mode/Roche Path 5 Pokemon Sun 6. Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD 7. Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga Got 34 of 42 cheevos but had no interest in grinding and exploring the rest of them (and I think there was a few online ones that I'm not doing anyways). First Lego game I've ever played. Super chill and easy to play but no big feeling of urgency to it either. Some of the controls were clunky, vehicle controls especially were terrible. It kinda made me kind of wish for an adaptation of the original and prequel trilogies in the style of Jedi Fallen Order instead of actual Jedi Fallen Order.

Impact has somehow made me hyped for an intergender match

Link-kun Continuing: - One Piece - Pokemon Ultra Legends - Black Clover - Dororo - JJBA: Golden Wind - SAO: Alicization - Karakuri Circus - GeGeGe no Kitaro (I might drop this one if the season feels too busy) - Boogiepop Phantom (I haven't been watching at all but just gathering, should really watch some of it) New Seasons: - One Punch Man 2 - Attack On Titan 3-2 - Bungou Stray Dogs 3 Others: - I'm gonna give Fruits Basket a try since Lucy and Anelle seem to be all over it and Lucy compared it a bit to March Comes In Like A Lion - Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress Movie - Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny-girl Senpai Movie I haven't looked at or read the synopsis of anything else. Unless something really stands out I may not go exploring as much this season, kinda want to get to gaming more

Good but not great show. I only watched the opening tag on the pre-show (as per the Meltzer recommendation and/or Jim Cornette reaction on twitter), never heard of Private Party but those guys are good shit Show Thoughts

All-Out it is then. Same scoring system?

Now there's rumours that 205 Live will be done by the end of the year, and that Hunter's stepping away from main-roster backstage to focus on NXT (and conquering the rest of the indies/monopolizing the industry in other countries)

Stray Dogs 37 So this season had some cool moments and nice backstory/origin stuff, but tbh it felt a lot more like Stray Dogs Season 2.5 than a real Season 3.

My body is fucking ready The thing I'm 100% the most curious on: How is Heyman going to handle the Raw third hour.

Lobo is on this season of Krypton and it's wonderful

RIP, whichever of them dies in the ring

Yeah. Heyman especially tried to go around Vince the last time he was in charge of something and that's why they dropped him from creative in the first place. On the one hand, you've got the problem of 50 year-old guys who were successful 20 years ago being put in charge, which half of WWE's problem is that they don't move on from 20 years ago. On the other hand, god fucking damn I want to see what these guys can do with an increasingly frustrated/concerned Vince funding them.

Fyter Fest on Saturday @Blackjak @Nick @MT @Galeigh @Garlic Junior @Psycho666Soldier @Eizan @KR @all of Blackjak's nerdy supercard friends and/or ex-girlfriends that he secretly uses as alternate pick accounts Anyone want to start doing AEW picks? We don't really know what their show schedule would be like, but we could just have arbitrary cut-off points (like after 7 or 8 events or something) for the first "season" until they figure out their schedule, or keep Win/Loss records like they do (Correct/Incorrect) Could also do scoring via where you place (ex: If there's 8 people picking, #1 earns 8 points, #2 earns 7 etc). Or just do the same thing that was always done with WWE.

Seth's a pretty far-end WWE fanboy anyways. Those people have blinders on to the world outside of WWE. It probably doesn't compute to him why everyone wouldn't want to be in WWE. Also the WWE itself as an entity and Vince in particular aren't known for looking at their flaws and figuring out how to correct them, they engage more in finding excuses and reasons outside of their control to explain things away. That likely filters down to their top guys too, and a fanboy like Seth is more likely to accept it because he already believes in them anyways.
