I like the personality of this next Hashira. It's like a huge cold splash of water from Rengoku where he was more noble even with his quirks. Uzui's just hilarious. I was legit wondering about his face markings until he's incognito and it's not there so obviously it's for the rest of his "Flashy" aesthetic.

Yeah, holy shit, that last episode was awesome!  I love watching Tanjiro's growth, and I loved that he was able to do it with the black sword that was supposedly supposed to be so weak.  Still trying to figure out what the hell is up with that flame swordsman he sees in his visions.  Maybe it was his dad?  because apparently that adult Tanjiro looking guy is just him in some kind of vision/inherited memory?  I dunno, I'm kinda confused by what's going on there and maybe I just need to go back and watch the first couple episodes and then the arc in the forest so I can make more sense of it lol.

I'm gonna bet 2 theories with Genya:

 

1. He's been a demon since before his slayer exam. Like probably has some simlar story to Nezuko to how he became one but somehow has more control over his human side which they'll def go into.

2. Hybrid Demon-Human born. Probably has conditions of him switching and explains why he can go out in sunlight u like Nezuko.

I legit thought there was gonna be a twin brother thing going which would explain why Tanjiro thought he had a missing tooth and was corrected by Genya. But with him being demon. It makes a lot of sense because boom, just heals faster.

 

As for the Flame Swordsman? It's one hell of a misdirection they're doing here to see if he's Tanjiro's dad or something more. I can't wait to see what the prestige there reveals.
